Rose Ann Eckrote is a full-service real estate professional with more than 20 years of experience serving buyers, sellers, and investors. Licensed in Idaho since 2004, her career has included multi-state experience, allowing her to bring a broad market perspective and seasoned expertise to clients throughout the Treasure and Magic Valley’s.

Beginning her real estate journey in Idaho, Rose Ann later expanded her practice to Washington State while maintaining her Idaho license, supporting clients across multiple markets and navigating a wide range of residential and investment transactions. She has helped hundreds of clients successfully buy and sell homes, earning a reputation for clear communication, integrity, and thoughtful guidance.

Having personally relocated numerous times, Rose Ann brings a unique and empathetic understanding to clients facing major life transitions. She has lived in Pennsylvania, Arizona, California, Oregon, and Washington before returning to Idaho. These experiences allow her to connect deeply with clients who are relocating, downsizing, upsizing, or starting a new chapter.

Outside of real estate, Rose Ann enjoys spending time in nature with her family and very spoiled Labrador. She loves hiking, camping, traveling, photography, and making the most of Idaho’s outdoor lifestyle  and values that align closely with the community she is proud to serve.
